    Thug is too nice of a description for Michael Vick. He should go to jail, but I'm more encouraged that a lifetime ban from the NFL is being mentioned.

    I really don't understand this. whether or not Vick is guilty, why is it acceptable to let others plea bargain just to try to catch him? The others were just as guilty as Vick (assuming Vick is guilty)so why should they get a lighter sentence?

    Everyone has their own opinion, and mine is if you pay for it, its yours, you do what ever you want to. Myself I wouldn't own a dog that would be a little B in the park.

    Plea deals suck. Plain and simple. I've heard of people molesting kids and plea bargaining and only getting 3 years, but you can do the same for drugs and get 20 years. Makes no sense to me.

    Vick was offered the plea deal as well. Of course, generally the biggest beneficiary or sponsor of organized crime is going to take the biggest hit.
